WELCOME TO THE "DIAMOND IN THE DESERT" GOLF TOURNMENT

Greetings Corporate Supporters,

My name is Michael Ervin, and I am writing on behalf of the San Bernardino Alumni Chapter of Kappa
Alpha Psi. The mission of our organization is: To encourage honorable achievement in every field of
human endeavor; To promote the spiritual, social, intellectual and moral welfare of its members; To assist
the aims and purposes of colleges and universities and To inspire service in the publics interest.

At the San Bernardino Alumni Chapter, we are currently working on a project aiming to improve and fund
our Guide Right program and Kappa League which encompasses many of our youth-oriented programs such
as mentoring, college preparatory programs, and tutoring. Guide Right is designed to improve the
educational and occupational guidance of youth. The purposes of both programs are to place the training
experience and friendly interest of successful men at the disposal of youth from the community who are
needing inspiration and counsel regarding their choice of a life’s career.

In order to make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our
community. We would be most grateful if you would consider providing financial assistance towards our
endeavors to raise funds to support these programs by contributing and providing a sponsorship in support of
our 2022 Golf Tournament. Proceeds from this annual fundraiser will support the youth of our community in
a variety of events, scholarships, local education programs, and internships.

Currently, there are 3 sponsorship / donation levels of support for the tournament.

• Crimson - $2000 - $2999

• Cream - $1000 - $1999

Your support is critical to the continued success of these youth programs for the chapter, and we will gladly
